Premium subscriptions are billed through your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Manisera and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manisera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The affirmations and content provided are for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered as medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
